Chetan Bhagat is an Indian writer and columnist. He is known for writing novels in English. Chetan Bhagat is a young novelist who is a middle-class Indian. Many books and novels have been written by him. In 2010, he was included in Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world. The books written by him were so popular that thousands of copies of his books were sold in a month. The compositions written by Chetan Bhagat are romance, realistic fiction and nonfiction. Chetan Bhagat writes both fiction and real articles. Many of his books have also been made into films.


Early life of Chetan Bhagat: -

Chetan Bhagat was born on 22 April 1974. Chetan Bhagat lived in Hong Kong for many years. He moved to Mumbai after living in Hong Kong. He spent many years in Ahmedabad. He focused fully on his writing work. He showed an interest in writing since childhood. Films have also been made on the story of books written by him.

Education of Chetan Bhagat: -

Chetan Bhagat did his early education from Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi. After studying secondary and high school, he studied engineering. Chetan Bhagat did his graduation in engineering from IIT Delhi. He has a post-graduation degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Chetan Bhagat was awarded the best outgoing student award from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Writing Career of Chetan Bhagat: -

He published his writing work in the year 2004. In 2004, Chetan Bhagat wrote his first novel "Five Point Someone - What Not to Do at IIT". This novel was later popular among the people and was well-liked. This book established many records after its publication. This book also received many awards. The novel is based on the life story of three students, who try to emerge from the institution facing a heavy workload. Five Point was the largest number of days in the list of the best seller books of India Today.

His second book "One Night at the Call Center" was published in October 2005. The book is based on a few people working in a call centre. This book tells the night story of the people of the call centre. In 2008, the film "Halo" was also made on the story of this book. The film stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sharman Joshi, Gul Panag etc. in the lead roles.

His next book was "The Three Mistake of My Life". This book was published in 2008. The story of a young boy is told in this book. A young boy in Ahmedabad around 2000 who dreams of business. The story of this young boy is described in this book.

His next book was "Revolution 2020". This book was published in 2011. The Hindi version of this book was published in the year 2013 by Rupa Prakashan in the name of Shri Sushobhit Saktawat.
