Saif Ali Khan is an Indian film actor who works in Hindi films. Saif Ali Khan is the son of former Indian cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Saif Ali Khan was born on 16 August 1970 in Delhi to the Pataudi family. His full name was Sajid Ali Khan. Saif Ali Khan's mother Sharmila Tagore was a popular Bollywood actress. Controversy

During the shooting of the film Hum Saath Saath Hain in 1995, Saif Ali Khan was booked for two black deer poaching cases in kankani. The controversy also included the cast of the film Salman Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam Kothari. Saif Ali Khan later filed a reconsideration petition in the court. In April 2018, Saif Ali Khan was acquitted of the case. Saif Ali Khan along with actresses Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari were also acquitted of the case. Actor Salman Khan was found guilty in this case and the Jodhpur High Court sentenced him to 5 years.
